Depending on which shipping method you choose, the time it takes us to process your order will be different:

Orders are processed in 2-5 business days with free shipping

Express Shipping: Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days.

The processing time includes curating the order and making all the necessary changes prior to shipment packing. Thanks for your patience as we take time to carefully and lovingly prepare each and every Mystery Box.

📦Delivery time

Once your order is ready, it should typically take 8-12 business days for the package to arrive. However, it could take longer depending on where you are located. We always try to ship orders as soon as possible, and we will provide tracking information as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

🌍Delivery destinations

We ship internationally worldwide! We use trusted carriers which are selected specifically for your delivery region, to ensure that your product arrives to you safely and as quickly as possible.

💸Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the total weight of the item. The price does not include sales tax, if applicable. You will see the accurate shipping cost on the checkout page before you complete the purchase.

Yes, we do ship internationally! Keep in mind that shipping times for packages can vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and any other fees upon receipt of products, such as VAT. These fees are collected separately when you receive your delivery and will not be reflected in your order total.
